Scheduled for completion in 2008. This project involves the staged replacement of the Union Boulevard Bridge over Rt. 46.

Also included is the realignment of the Union Boulevard/Furler Street/Lackawanna Avenue intersection. Major utility replacement including sanitary sewer, drainage, and gas mains occurred throughout.

The pavement on Rt. 46 is getting completely reconstructed including replacement of both the concrete base course and the asphalt leveling and surface courses.

Additionally, major signing upgrades are occurring throughout the project limits.
